November Where Have You Gone?

The month of November flew by! Here are the highlights:Celebrating Ricky's 24th Birthday, huge snowstorm, and Portland for Thanksgiving. The month of December has also started off nicely with snowboarding, and the arrival of the first Hone little boy! I predict that the princess era is over and now the little boys will come!

One Year Anniversary

10.10.10 marked our one year anniversary. I have heard people say that the first year of marriage is the hardest. Now I know this statement is not necessarily true, but if it is then I'd say we have the whole marriage thing bagged! I have loved this past year. It has been an adjusting and compromising year, but what do your expect bringing two people together from two different backgrounds and families? I know that marriage is something we are going to have to constantly work at everyday for forever. I am so grateful for Ricky and how happy he makes me. I fall in love more with him everyday!

Update on life: Ricky shot his first elk. 6 point I believe. Midterms for the fall semester. We had a little trip to Richmond to visit Bri and Dani. Busy working at the spa, and surprisingly busy for October which is usually dead. Updating the blog while Ricky is doing homework which seems to be his new favorite hobby, or at least what he does all the time. I also painted our kitchen/living room:)

Summer

Wow, summer has flown by! I have been busy going to school, working, and of course playing! We have spent a lot of time boating. We have enjoyed going to black tail in the evenings and Williams lake on the weekends! Here are some pictures on the tube. This thing is a tank and we never fell out! We did get whipped around and our faces are pretty humorous in the pictures. Enjoy! More of summer soon to come!

Scout Master Hone

Ricky is the new Scout Master and was so excited for his new calling. I think it was destined to be in callin in life. He was probably more excited about being the Scout Master than he was when we got married. His first campout was last friday and I was so sad I couldn't go with! Instead I went to Robin Hood with my dad. This was my second time watching Robin Hood and it is a new favorite of mine. All in all the campout out went well and Scout Master Hone survived.

Bikes!

I sold the beloved beach cruiser, but we upgraded with these sweet bikes! I love, love, love my bike! I loved it so much Ricky decided he needed a bike too so he purchased this cute green bike! We also sold the tacoma and bought an older 4runner. It was a sad day to sell the tacoma but I love our 4runner. We bought a bike rack for the 4runner so we can go on bike rides fun places. I am hoping the weather will warm up soon so we can actually test everything out!

Snow Bunnies

Thanks to Targhee's affordable student passes, Ricky and I spent a lot of time snowboarding! We successfully went every weekend that we could. Ricky sharpened up on his sweet skills, and I improved this year! We had so much fun! I'm a little sad winter is over, but I'm excited for summer!

Winter Semester

This was probably the only day I actually woke up before Ricky went to class. It was the first day of the semester and I wanted to take a picture of Ricky before he went to class. Unfortunatly these are not his glasses, they are Jac's. The other picture is a preview of our future children rolling their eyes at their mother who wants to take their picture.

Chirtmas 09'

I was so excited for Christmas and to put up our own tree! We had such a fun Christmas that the Hone's with the whole family! Here are some pictures of our Ugly Sweater Party. Clark and Abby's sweaters were my favorite!

Roadtrip To Canada

Our good friends Canadian Clark and Abby got married in December.
Rick and I went on a road trip to Canada for their wedding.
We took the scenic route there and drove by Glacier National Park.
This is the ghetto little motel we stayed at in Montana. ha ha
It was a beautiful drive!
I was getting so bored of riding in the car...
"Best damn town in the west"
Canada, The Great White North
Cardston Temple
It was such a pretty day for a wedding!

November

November consisted of Ricky's 23th Birthday and Thanksgiving
with the Rammell Family in St. George!

Our Home!

This is our first, cute, little home! It's a work in progress, but it has been so fun for me to have my own home! It was also a relief for both of us to have of a home after a summer of being ranging nomads.

Honeymoon:)

Purto Vallerta Mexico!
Oh Newly Weds:)

Ricky, making some kind of Wu-Tang sign,

in front of our hotel.

The pool/beach at the hotel. We loved the swim-up

bar for pina coladas, and I loved the sun-tanning

Chairs in the pool!

Riding in the Unimog into the jungle for our

Outdoor Adventure! It really was an adventure. First

we rode a speed boat across the bay, then in this lovely

little truck thing, then donkeys (mine was a miget and my feet

basically touched the ground), then we zip lined and rapelled

through the jungle!

Sea turtle diggin a hole to lay her eggs.

(I was scared of her)

Our hotel was all-inclusive and so much fun!

There were different restaurants we could make

reservations at that ranged from sushi to steak houses.

Ricky ordered room service breakfast for two.

He ordered a bunch of stuff, but he marked down

sausage and bacon for two and this is what we got!

Like 20 sausage links and two plates of bacon!

It was so funny cause I don't reallylike either!

Our Wedding!

Ricky and I were married on October 10, 2009! It was a beautiful crisp autum day that I will always remember. We were married in the Rexburg temple. I don't think there was one dry eye in the sealing room, at least from the Rammell family.

Hone Family

These are our neices and nephews in their cute dresses and ties.
Kendle 5, Ally 4, Reese 2. Bailey 1, Tahlia 2, Justus 8, Jerek 6.

My besties! Amber, Amanda, Megan & Meagan

Sisters

This is one of my favorite pictures.

I love this picture in the Yaris, large dress in little car. We thought we got off easy with our cars not getting decorated, we were wrong. We had a little welcome home present for us in our apartment when we got home from our honeymoon...

We had a wedding lucheon/open house at the Loft Reception Center. It was everything I wanted! I was simple and all I cared about is a big cake, fresh flowers, and good food. I absolutely loved my flowers, especially my bouquet! I was really happy with how everything turned out!
